ABOUT NETS

The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain.
The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

POSITION SUMMARY

The incumbent is responsible for working closely with the Relation Manager as well as engagement with merchant and is responsible for supporting, planning and implementation of projects.
Requires physical meeting with SI and conduct onsite observation at merchant’s premises.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in project management and implementation is an advantage
  • Preferably experience in data management
  • Resourceful, strong communication and good interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, structured and able to work independently
  • Able to co-ordinate well with all stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • Engagement with merchant including Senior Management on project requirements
  • Engagement with SI/Partners on UX/UI
  • Engage existing merchant on ECR integration
  • Engage managed merchant on Terminal change out project
  • Execute & coordinate project task in a timely and efficient manner,
  • Coordinate with client, internal and external parties on documentation
  • Involve in testing phases and coordinate for signoffs which include planning, support user acceptance testing, terminal Live Verification and delivering verification results
  • Follow and maintain project schedules that have been set up to operationalize the project
  • Ensure end-to-end implementation and execution of project roll-out including deployment plan and co-ordination with merchants and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct on-site checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of project requirements
