The HR Business Partner (HRBP) works closely with the company’s managers to develop HR agenda that will support the overall goals of the company. He/she coordinates with the management to put in place the policies and practices of the employees of the company that are aligned to the operational needs of the business.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS OF AN HR BUSINESS PARTNER?

  • Must have at least 2 years experience as an HR Practitioner – HR Specialist, HR Generalist, HR Officer, Team Leader, Supervisory, or Assistant Manager.
  • Holds a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field or equivalent knowledge and understanding.
  • Must have exposure to Human Resources Management, Hiring, Developing Standards, Foster Teamwork, Management Proficiency, Managing Profitability, Promoting Process Improvement, Building Relationships, People Skills, and Retaining Employees.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with employees and suppliers at all levels.
  • Proactive, Proficiency with employee relations, people champions, Excellent stakeholder management, and developing good work relationships across the organization
  • Demonstrated ability with training and development programs. Good change management and project management capabilities
  • Knowledgeable in any HRIS
  • Knowledgeable in MS and Google Office.
