ESG Communication
Conceptualize and implement an effective communications and engagement plan to enhance EDC’s brand, image, and reputation by leveraging the company’s ESG performance as disclosed in its 2023 Integrated Report.
July - August 2024: ESG Performance analysis vis-a-vis the EDC brand
- Understand EDC’s ESG performance and brand to be able to strategize and suggest the best communication and engagement plan
- Assist in the double materiality test (stakeholder and financial) that will be conducted across all sites
September - October 2024: Draft ESG Communication and Engagement Plan (CEP)
- Draft the most appropriate CEP for both internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the EDC brand and seek approval for this plan
- Assist in the double materiality test (stakeholder and financial) that will be conducted across all sites
November 2024 - March 2024: Implement CEP
Roll out and establish systems to implement the CEP internally and externally
March - June: Align 2024 IR with CEP
Ensure that the 2024 IR drafting and style is aligned with the CE
