Job Description
Project Control Manager for EPC Project:
(Gulf Brown field experience with Shutdowns in Oil and Gas and working in live plants is mandatory. ADNOC experience preferred)
Overall responsible to attain following as per Project specifications and requirements;
1. Project Planning and Scheduling
2. Devise Progress Measurements as per Project requirements, Monitoring and Reporting along with with Mitigation actions.
3. Monthly, fortnightly, weekly Progress reporting, recovery plans as required through Primavera.
4. Progress review, certifications
5. Devise and Monitor Project risk register and Monitor Schedule risk Analysis through DELTEK ACUMAN
6. Claim Management with Customer, Client, Contractor, subcontractor
7. Asset Management
8. Change and Interface Management
9. Monthly billing and invoicing
10. Planning, scheduling and monitoring of Engineering, Procurement and Construction registers, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning works and Test runs / PGTR
