As Project Controls Engineer – Change Management Coordinator you will be joining a growing division of Segula. This offers a large potential for personal growth within a consultancy who works with multiple customers and sectors. You will primarily be responsible for supporting the delivery of nuclear power plant project through the below activities:
Job Description
- Local coordination of the Change Management process encompassing contractual events and design changes.
- Assisting engineering teams in drafting Engaging Change Requests (CRs) and Activity at Completion for a nuclear project.
- Aiding engineering teams in responding to and creating contractual events in collaboration with the Commercial Manager and contracts team.
- Coordinating with the nuclear Risk and Opportunity coordinator to ensure alignment with the risk register.
- Collaborating with the nuclear Cost Control team to ensure accurate updates of cost impacts/budget in the specified tool.
- Coordinating with the nuclear List of Deliverables Manager to ensure LOD impacts are accurately updated and implemented in the LOD tool.
- Collaborating with Change Coordinator abroad to ensure the progress of CRs (quality check, validation/opening of change requests) in the Change Request tool.
- Preparation and coordination of bi-weekly CRs review meetings (openings and approvals).
- Supporting the nuclear project team in producing monthly reports through the provision of insightful information and analysis.
- Updating of Change assumption note when it’s needed.
