We are currently seeking to recruit for a Project Coordinator and Reporting Lead to join us here at Aqua Consultants. This would be a full-time, permanent position

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Project Management understanding
  • PowerBI/ Excel and other dashboard/ reporting experience
  • Project controls/ PMO analyst type experience
  • Highly computer literate with experience of corporate systems, Sharepoint/ Ariba/ SAP/ CRM etc

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • APM / Prince 2 qualifications desirable
  • PowerBI or similar desirable
  • Excel / office 365 etc

Responsibilities:

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Operating as a key member of the project management team, provide administrative and coordination support to other Project Managers and both the Performance Manager and Project Delivery Manager to ensure we meet our project and framework obligations.
Location(s): This role will be based out of our office in Leeds with the expectation of attending 3 days per week, combined with working from home.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Take ownership of the Project Admin mailbox, ensuring work is prioritised and issues escalated in a timely manner.
  • Champion the Workbook Project Management System and provide guidance to Project Managers nationally to ensure this is used consistently across the organisation.
  • Generate price quotes for new projects using established processes, ensuring they meet company profit targets and escalating exceptions.
  • Provide support to Project Managers and technical teams as appropriate to support the delivery of their projects, such as attending meetings, liaising with client teams and developing documentation.
  • Manage client projects as appropriate, coordinating technical resource and developing scope requirements for those projects assigned, supported by other Project Managers, to ensure successful delivery including margin, profit and client expectations.
  • Provide support with framework and project management actions as required, such as weekly timesheet reporting and drafting of Task Orders/ contract administration as required from time to time.
  • Take ownership for supplier management ensuring compliance to company policy and approval processes and ensure contractual requirements are fulfilled.
  • Operate within the established Integrated Management System (IMS) processes and ensure compliance including project audits, project governance and corrective actions from compliance audits.
  • Provide project data to the compliance teams in support of our annual Achilles and PAS99 accreditations.
  • Be aware of and follow any company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Generate and maintain a suite of reports at weekly and monthly intervals as required by the business, reporting on key KPIs and providing analysis on trends and mitigation to those out of tolerance.
  • Complete assigned tasks such as regular reporting in accordance with defined commercial calendars, looking at ways to digitise and streamline the processes.
  • Support the Performance Manager with other company level management reporting and deputise in key management meetings where appropriate and through periods of leave
