JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist project manager with project planning, scheduling, and implementation.
• Highlight and escalate any issue early in the stage to allow mitigation in a timely manner.
• Follow-up with Rogers stakeholders and project manager for problematic/incomplete/not finalized activities planned for next three (3) days.
• Assist project manager to drive Project activities to launch Project on approved POR date (+/- 15 days).
• Assist project manager to deliver Project within budget at +/- 10%.
• Assist project manager to reflect accurate Project updates in JIRA including RAID log with all applicable risks by Project.
• Assist project manager to create, compile, and issue reports as per requirements.
• Timely submission of NCTs, follow-up for NCT approvals. Timely escalation of any issues to Rogers project manager. Ensure MOP/WO attached to any NCT have all required fields updated. Coordinate to get the necessary approvals from Rogers operations teams.
• Target: 95% MOP submission without Rogers IPC teams’ intervention
• Liaison with Rogers TAC and other groups to effectively manage the resource assignments in the best interest of the projects and organization. Ensure that Rogers TAC groups are aware of upcoming activities.
• Target: 95% resource assignments booked automatically based on a common resource availability calendar.
