Description:
PROJECT COORDINATOR IN DRUG SUBSTANCE VACCINE PRODUCTION
Do you have experience managing projects anchored to a GMP facility? Are you eager to contribute to the development of a newly established project team in a production environment? Are you a proactive, self-driven, and hands-on person with great stakeholder management skills? Are you motivated by running various projects in close collaboration with specialists to optimize our production processes? Then, you might be our new Project Coordinator for the Drub Substance Manufacturing site in Kvistgaard.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, secure stakeholder buy-in and follow up on progress
- Manage all aspects of cross departmental projects and ensure overall alignment to meet strategic objectives
- Define project success criteria and ensure progress reporting incl. plans, interdependencies, risks, and issues
- Manage day-to-day activities and chair project team meeting
