REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Facility Management/Building Services, Property, Estate Management, or relevant discipline.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Outlook, Words, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to handle pressure and work with tight deadlines.

• Coordination of project work to ensure successful completion as well as hand over to the clients.
• Plan and discuss with sub-contractors on project execution and implementation.
• Manage and supervise project works and ensure that the project runs smoothly.
• Attend to clients / residents’ feedbacks and complaints.
• Oversee all workers, sub-contractors, and vendors to ensure proper work execution and good workmanship.
• Organize and attend project site meetings.
• Track work progress and submit progress report to ensure that projects are executed on time and within budget.
• Ensure that the safety procedures, requirements, rules and regulations are met.
• Coordinate with the operation department for materials delivery and schedule.
• Other project tasks as assigned.
