Scope: Full-time | On-Site | Location: Bogota

How a day-to-day would look like in this role.

• Monitor and apply corrective actions to action plans that support operations and project strategies.
• Responsible for the planning and control of activities inherent to the projects.
• Manage and supervise the quality of deliverables, ensuring compliance with the established methodology and managing the corresponding risks.
• Identify the main causes of delays in the delivery of activities to the client and take corrective and/or preventive measures in conjunction with the manager.
• Actively participate in planning activities, including meetings, decision-making, and negotiating estimates and work plans for unscheduled activities.
• Evaluate the risks and contingencies of the project, considering technical and non-technical factors.

What we need to see from you:

WHAT WE NEED TO SEE FROM YOU

Profile: Education in Systems Engineering or related fields with at least 2 years of experience in coordinating high-complexity technology projects.

Required qualifications:

• Experience in implementation and management of services.
• Ability for planning and project control.
• Knowledge in the configuration and administration of technological management tools.
• Ability to analyze and report operational and project metrics.
• Skill in identifying and managing risks.
• Competence in team training and development.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Analytical capacity for performance evaluation and resource optimization.
• Knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work in a team and lead projects.
