Responsibilities:

The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in the successful execution and delivery of the project.
Main responsibilities encompass various aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and communication:

Project Planning and Scheduling

  • Develop and Follow Up Project Plan: Assist in the creation of detailed project plan outlining the phases, tasks, resources, and timelines.
  • Schedule Management: Follow up, Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring that all activities are appropriately planned and deadlines are met.
  • Resource Allocation: Assist in identifying and allocating resources from different part of Group IT, including personnel, equipment, and materials, needed for project execution.

Communication and Coordination

  • Communication: Facilitate communication among different function within Group IT like Cyber Security, Network, CCC etc and Partner, including team members, Consumer, and senior management.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule, organize, and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Status Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular status reports, highlighting project progress, risks, and issues.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure all project-related documents are properly filed and accessible to team members and stakeholders.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor and report on project progress against established milestones and deliverables.

Risk and Issue Management

  • Risk Identification: Assist in identifying and documenting potential project risks and support for developing mitigation strategies.
  • Issue Resolution: Track project issues and work with the project team to resolve them promptly.

Financial Management

  • Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring project budgets, ensuring that expenses are tracked and within the approved budget.
  • Invoice Processing: Coordinate the processing of project-related invoices and ensure timely payments.

Support to Project Managers and Teams

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to project manager, Enterprise Architect including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing presentations.
  • Team Coordination: Help coordinate the efforts of project team members, ensuring that tasks are assigned and progress is monitored.
  • Resource Management: Assist in managing the availability and allocation of project resources, including personnel and materials.

Tool and Software Utilization

  • Project Management Tools: Utilize Azure Devops tools to track project/Sprint progress, manage tasks, and communicate with team members.

Training and Development

  • Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new project team members, providing them with necessary information and resources.
  • Training: Facilitate training sessions for team members
