The HR Regulatory Compliance Team (HR RCT) supports the development, ongoing management, and oversight of HR processes in support of the Firm’s risk and control framework. The HR RCT remit includes compliance programs for Prudential Regulators and:
Current knowledge of general labor law and regulatory compliance requirements to ensure adherence through appropriate documentation, processes, and controls
Interpreting regulations, addressing compliance issues, recommending corrective actions, coordinating regulatory reports and filings, and assisting with the development of HR business line related policies
Broad responsibility for ensuring proactive HR compliance with regulatory responses and controls
The candidate will assist the HR Performance Dashboard Program Manager who will support the development, management, and oversight of a Firmwide performance metrics programs required for regulatory compliance purposes. The team will partner with senior business unit control officers, control function representatives, and internal HR functions to determine and execute a strategy to align performance and compensation practices with business and individual performance metrics.
What you’ll do in the role:
Ensure the organization and project management of the HR RCT to meet timelines and deliverables.
Develop project plans, define milestones / deadlines, track progress, and ensure timely communication, or updates, across various channels to relevant functional teams.
Identify obstacles and headwinds to project execution, develop options to overcome, raise to appropriate individuals/teams, facilitate towards execution.
Coordinate the scheduling, agendas, documents, and meeting notes for HR RCT meetings
Obtain and document regulatory requirements with HR functional specifications from HR colleagues and control function specialists
Perform business needs analysis and design workflows including ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ process mapping
Define and document business requirements and functional specifications from HR colleagues and control function experts
Create and provide HR RCT materials for high-visibility, high-sensitivity consumption to a variety of areas, including Boards, regulators, Senior business unit and functional leaders
Liase between Human Capital Management Technology and Functional Stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration
QUALIFICATIONS
What you’ll bring to the role:
Bachelor’s Degree is required
Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
Experience supporting large scale projects in large company environment across multiple divisions and time zones with focus on change or business improvement
Prefer experience with financial services and/or consulting
Exceptional organizational and planning skills with high attention to detail
Command of Microsoft Office applications especially Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Ideally strong knowledge of Zoom, OneNote, Jive site maintenance
Excellent presentation, communication, and language skills with an ability to distill information to the clearest points
Thrives in fast paced global environments with demonstrated experience problem solving and multi-tasking
