Our client, a dynamic Payments firm is looking to hire two candidates with a minimum of two years’ experience in project management/coordination. These roles will be offered on a 6 month rolling contract and they offer a hybrid working environment with one/two days per week in either the London or Coventry office.

STRETCH REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates interested in MS Teams data automation using Forms and MS Features.
• Candidates interested in Confluence and Jira with some basic Jira Query Language skills who can automate data collection.

• Sound MS Office knowledge and experience, including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as working knowledge of MS Teams.
• Capable of writing up report packs for both project managers/steering committees andissue minutes and actions ensuring the team up.
• Collation of budgets and forecasts and project spend, must be competent with forecasts, budgets and actuals.
• Intermediate Excel Skills – capable of navigating spreadsheets, an understanding of pivot tables and visualising data.
• Collation and presentation of timesheet data, in Excel or Power BI.
• An ability to communicate with effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple requests.
• Ability to work under own initiative and manage workload efficiently.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Experience of working in financial services, fintech, banking.
