These include, Smart City Solutions, EV Charger Deployment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Technologist, Interior Design or Applied Science from a University or College of recognized standing.
- 2 years of experience in a project coordinator role within electrical and/or construction field preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience leading and directing other team members.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines/successful completion of deliverables.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate and work well with other team members and clients and manage expectations.
- Excellent time management and coordination skills
- Ability to follow health and safety protocol and assess potential safety issues at site.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Management in project review inclusive of providing continuous updates and details on ongoing projects.
- Conducts and oversees facility site visits, effectively walkthrough client facilities to gather data on customer’s existing lighting system and produces facility improvement measure plans.
- Develop and Design Lighting and Controls solutions, knowledge of IOT Lighting Controls Design and implementation will be preferred.
- Leads or assists in the development of preliminary and final contracting proposals.
- Collaborate closely with the project management team to execute electrical projects by establishing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Maintaining and Monitoring projects, project plans, work hours, and expenditure.
