A unique opportunity now exists for an experienced Building Project Coordinator, Contracts Administrator, or Civil/Structural Engineer with local experience who is seeking the opportunity to demonstrate their value proposition, contribution and achieve career recognition. The Building Project Coordinator / Engineer will have responsibility to manage their own projects with unprecedented autonomy combined with available guidance and mentoring leadership when required.

The Project Coordinator / Engineer will be a key liaison point between project and site management, operational personnel and sub-contractors for an individual who would ultimately desire to progress to Project Management. You will manage project documentation, contractual obligations, materials and contractor procurement, and compliance and provide necessary practical and technical advice.
Candidates with outstanding communication skills and Australian experience in building construction as Projects Coordinator, Project Engineer, Contracts Administrator, Site Engineer or Quantity Surveyor who are seeking rapid development and career progression opportunities are encouraged to apply.
