About the role: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated EPIC Systems Project Co-ordinator to join our Global Transformation Company. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the implementation and maintenance of EPIC systems, ensuring the seamless integration of this electronic health record software across our client’s organization.
To excel in this position, you should possess strong project management skills and a deep understanding of EPIC systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working in healthcare IT, preferably with EPIC implementation knowledge. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of EPIC systems, including implementation, configuration, and customization.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare operations and processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • EPIC certification is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is desirable.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation and configuration of EPIC systems, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate project activities, including system design, development, testing, and training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Support end-users by troubleshooting system issues, providing training, and addressing user concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
