ABOUT YOU
To qualify, you must have at least 3 years experience in a project coordinator or project administrator role(s), within the engineering or manufacturing sectors.
Additionally, you must hold a post-secondary education. While not mandatory, those pursuing a PMP certification will be prioritized.
Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:
- Ability to understand technical drawings
- Proficient in Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
- Experience with MS Project
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Thrives under pressure and meeting tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Applying Project Management methodologies for efficient project execution and progression towards a Project Manager role
- Completing project setup and managing follow-ups on outstanding actions to ensure project readiness
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, along with comprehensive status reports on deliverables, costs, and progress
- Managing project documentation, including the creation and maintenance of an organized filing system and effective document control
- Documenting, reporting, and managing project changes and change orders to adapt to evolving project requirements
- Leading project close-out procedures, ensuring compliance with company and client standards for documentation and archiving
- Coordinating with technical departments to ensure seamless document flow and adherence to project timelines
- Creating and refining templates and procedures to enhance project efficiency and consistency
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and ensuring all project communications adhere to terms of agreement
- Preparing ad-hoc reports on project status as required, providing critical updates to stakeholder
