We are looking for a Project Coordinator to strengthen our Customer Service, Product and System Projects team in Global Operations.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of product projects from start to finish. The selected candidate will join a vibrant team and will ensure that our customers’ requests are met in full, this responsibility will entail active communication within and beyond the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate project activities, ensuring all project objectives are achieved within the specified timeframe, budget, and quality standards.
  • Efficiently collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress, identify, and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise, and report project status to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with project team members to establish project goals, timelines, and performance expectations.
  • Create and maintain project & customer specific documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and change requests.
  • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including team members, management, clients, and vendors, to ensure project success.
  • Manage project scope and change control processes to ensure project requirements are met and changes are properly documented and approved.
  • Facilitate project meetings, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure project progress.
  • Follow up of engineering process with new or modified/customized products.

Key requirements

  • B.Sc. in engineering or business field with experience in operations in international environment.
  • Skilled in MS Office, relevant ERP experience.
  • Project management skillset is a must.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, Finnish language skills considered as an advantage.
