The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in coordinating various projects within a managed services environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and customer service abilities. The ideal candidate is proactive and dynamic, who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving IT services environment. The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving project success and delivering exceptional value to clients.

What’s the job:

  • Serve as the liaison between Account and Project Managers by assisting on projects, as needed, and following up on key items with clients and internal team members.
  • Coordinate project/meeting schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Provide daily communication (verbal and written) to project/account manager to ensure deadlines are met throughout the project lifecycle to advise of project progress, changes in scope, issues and/or deliverables.
  • Manage day‐to‐day administrative functions for designated Projects/Accounts such as organize and maintain accurate/updated documentation, perform clerical duties and analytics, track supply and equipment orders, etc.
  • Develop weekly internal status reports and status recaps, paying close attention to ensuring next steps are appropriately captured.
  • Maintain business process and create workflow documentation including SOPs/Templates.
  • Make recommendations for optimizing workflows.
  • Engage with vendors to make inquiries on new technologies and existing requests.
  • Stay current on products and services the company offers.
  • Provide hands‐on support with project/client related tasks as needed.
  • Complete Sales certification for Microsoft and other vendors as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
