JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Project Manager and various project teams to ensure the successful planning, scheduling, and completion of projects within established timeframes and budget constraints. Your responsibilities, will encompass project documentation, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and risk management
EDUCATION
NHSS 12A General Operative
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years’ experience within the highways / rail / construction / logistics or FM sectors
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Knowledge of temporary traffic management layouts and Traffic Signs Manual Chapter 8
Ability to attend meetings, take client brief and produce appropriate methodologies
DESIRABLE SKILLS
Knowledge of risk management – identifying emerging risks and managing ongoing risks
Proficient in IT systems and document management

Responsibilities:
- Support with production of technical documents
- Provide administrative support
- Ensure effective briefings delivered to workforce including supply chain
- Ensure that employees work in accordance with the Company’s health, safety, quality, environment & collaborative working policies.
- Regular site audits
- Support the Project Manager to ensure the full and compliant utilisation of electronic systems for works management within their projects
- Develop and Create Works Instructions that meet or exceed company and client expectations and ensure high quality data from Operations
- Ensure that data reported from Operational staff (returned works packs) is of the desired quality and returned in a timely manner in collaboration with the Project and Operations Manager
- Building and maintaining positive collaborative relationships with clients and delivery communities
- Provide information to HSEQ Team for monitoring of KPIs
- Complete all mandatory learning requirements
