Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll support the Projects & Business Process Manager in the delivery of Restaurants & Kitchens projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with the company objectives and timelines. You’ll collaborate in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, monitoring progress and addressing any deviations or obstacles.
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. By collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll define project scope, requirements and deliverables, ensuring all organisational procedures are adhered to and objectives are met. You’ll facilitate communication and foster collaboration among the project team members, providing regular updates, status reports and documentation.
You’ll measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor its progress, identifying any variances, performing risk assessments and any required corrective actions and communicating accordingly to all stakeholders.
