Description:

Robert Half is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Learning & Development Project Coordinator or Manager to provide contract support to our client for the next 5 months. In this role, you will assist in all aspects of program management related to our client’s employee training initiatives. This part-time role offers flexible hours between 7am-5pm CST, requiring on-site attendance every Monday. Additional responsibilities of the role include:

REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:

  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with experience prioritizing work efficiently under pressure and adapting to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, anticipate next steps, take initiative, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Administrative Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Project Management experience specifically supporting a Learning & Development team.
  • Self-starter, motivated and driven to ensure customer satisfaction
  • A college degree is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work 24 hours per week with mandatory in office Monday’s.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining vendor relationships and reviewing contracts.
  • Producing regular metrics associated with their training.
  • Collaborating closely with the overall Learning & Development team, Learning Coordinator, and Learning and Development Managers to ensure efficient management and execution of programs.
  • Liaising with various stakeholders e.g., HR members, business managers, on details as necessary related to the Learning and Development programs
  • Maintaining impeccable customer service, always putting the customer first
