POSITION SUMMARY

The position is directly accountable for the successful management of several smaller to medium projects and for providing project management support as a member of the IMIT Project Management Office. The Project Coordinator is also responsible for facilitating and consolidating project and product requirements to support project initiation.
Shift Rotation/Hours of work:: Monday to Friday, Days - 08:00 to 16:00

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduation from a recognized degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Communications plus.
  • Three (3) years recent related experience.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to show strong initiative.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to deal with others effectively.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work and adapt to changing environments and timelines.
  • Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
  • Proficient with MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and able to create project workplans
