With a healthy and growing pipeline of work, we are looking for talented and driven Project Coordinators. In this role, you will primarily assist across scope, subcontractor management, stakeholder communications, and procurement on a range of diverse projects.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver exceptional outcomes to customers on time, on budget and to the highest quality and safety standards
  • Prepare scopes of work
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure required approvals are obtained
  • Manage project administration including correspondence, agendas and reports
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors
  • Identify and manage risks and issues in liaison with Site Managers and Project Managers
  • Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide regular and accurate reporting on project and risk status
  • Ensure adherence to all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality and Design standards
  • Provide input for the tender and ECI process
  • Assist CAs with variations and contract administration
  • Coach and mentor our Graduates and Cadets

What you’ll bring:

  • A genuine passion for the Construction industry
  • A Bachelor in Construction Management
  • 3 + years experience in a similar role, in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment
  • Exposure to a variety of medium-to-large scale projects, e.g. commercial, residential and education
  • Strong track record of contributing to project delivery in alignment with schedules, budgets and customer expectations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Aconex and Hammertech
  • Collaborative approach and focused upon teamwork
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
