This Project Coordinator role sits within Professional Search EMEA within the Consumer practice. This team is made up of 9 individuals located around EMEA.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in project management, administration, and/or scheduling in a team-oriented, fast-paced professional services working environment.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven client-interfacing skills
  • Confident, proactive and drive for results
  • Detailed-oriented and places a high level of importance in quality work.
  • Effective problem solver and able to work through ambiguity, change and any roadblocks encountered.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the recruiting team, candidates, and clients throughout various aspects of the full life cycle recruitment process.

  • Partnering with the recruiting team to ensure project metrics are achieved.
  • Documenting, tracking, and maintaining records and the status of requisitions in the Korn Ferry database.
  • Developing tools and solutions for recurring client requests. Suggesting process improvements to help create efficiencies.
  • Providing responsive and proactive customer service via telephone, e-mail, etc.
  • Manage, review, and send HR and/or recruiting-related correspondence and documents to clients and candidates.
  • Performing various administrative duties that support the recruiting function such as setting up multiple conference calls in Zoom on various time zones.
  • Scheduling interviews and diary management for Market Leader.
  • Providing detailed reports to prep for the weekly status calls with the internal team and helping create forecasts and updates on new processes.
  • Work directly with onboarding to assist with internal new hires and be the point of contact for any training questions.
  • Coordinate with Practice Leaders/Managing Consultants to develop, edit and complete presentations for our clients to support business wins.
  • Format, administer and distribute all weekly/bi-weekly Status Reports for open assignments.
  • Input all opportunities and updates for the team into Salesforce for sales tracking purposes.
  • Manage data and develop reports from Salesforce for revenue and operational metrics.
  • Provide executive support for Practice Leaders – input for time entry, calendar management, expense management.
  • Provide administrative coordination between Talent Delivery Teams, Recruiting Coordinators and Practice Team Leaders in EMEA
  • Scheduling team meetings, team activities, client meetings, marketing initiatives, some travel arrangements
  • Support with Pricing Proposals
  • Assist Fee Earners in chasing aged debt.
  • Support the wider Professional Search team with ad hoc admin requirements/requests.
