Responsibilities:

As a Project Coordinator for Merchandise, you’ll be responsible for providing crucial support to the Portfolio team enabling the delivery of key projects.

To do this, you’ll:

  • Lead and manage a number of key processes which impact suppliers enabling us to comply with government regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate Grocery Supply Agreements as part of the Grocery Supply Code process in conjunction with the merchandise and legal teams.
  • Preparing all documents and maintaining the centralized document repository.
  • Collaborate with key parts of the business to ensure project outcomes are achieved.
  • Provide support on other Merchandise Projects as required, contributing to the effectiveness of projects to streamline the project process, reducing the overall timeframe and delivering better outcomes for the Merchandise team and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure the Merchandise team has up-to-date information to enable them to contribute to relevant projects, including project training information, templates, processes, documents and schedules.
