Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works. Monadelphous has been a part of the Central Queensland community for over 15 years, providing vital jobs to locals and those who consider Gladstone home.
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Gladstone Operations team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, including 3D Models, GAs, Isometrics, and P&IDs.
  • Complete material take-off and execute procurement.
  • Tendering/Estimating and high-level methodology development.
  • Perform project control functions, including scheduling, cost control, and managing performance against budget.
  • Develop work packages for field teams, including all necessary QA documentation.
  • Participate in client/contractor meetings and resolve project management issues.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance of the project and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage budget and commercial requirements for projects/sites.
  • Coordinate assigned projects, focusing on execution and delivery from a financial perspective.
  • Ensure projects are delivered according to plan, within specified timeframes and budgets, supporting business objectives.
  • Seek to continuously improve the service delivery of the project controls function/team through the revision, development, and implementation of work processes.
  • Identify, analyse, and provide guidance and innovative solutions to cost engineering and scheduling problems.
  • Analyse project developments, trends, and non-standard decisions, presenting informed recommendations and solutions to empower internal decision-making.
  • Provide insights on project performance through periodic and ad hoc reports.
  • Use standard reporting guidelines to communicate with the project team and senior management.
