We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our clients team in Dubai. They are a renowned global construction and project management firm providing comprehensive development and building solutions on a worldwide scale.
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE FITOUT
- With experience in Fit out work and coordination.
- With knowledge on authority submission & documents requirements
- With experience in property management submission & coordination to obtain approvals & permit access.
- With knowledge of procurement, supplier, subcontractor and finishing materials.
- With knowledge in costing as per budget for each project.
- Well verse in communication and coordination to different entity.
- Know the standard requirements and procedure to start site mobilization.

Timing Monday Saturday (9:00 AM 6:00 PM
