JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dedicated Research Coordinator to join our clinical research team. The Research Coordinator will monitor and coordinate all activities associated with our IRB-approved clinical scanning studies across 66-67 sites nationwide. The role has an emphasis on upholding the quality standards and integrity of our scientific research in both pre- and post-market phases.

• Oversee and administer clinical trials and research protocols in compliance with recognized standards and regulatory requirements.
• Train and oversee research staff to ensure they are well-equipped, screened, and compliant with regulations.
• Manage patient enrollment and data collection, including image review and reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and awareness of amendments in the research protocols, ensuring all research staff are appropriately informed.
• Attend to all issues related to privacy aspects and ensure the conformance to HIPAA rules.
• Take full ownership and responsibility for the research sites, ensuring the smooth functioning of all operations and research activities.
• Coordinate communication and data exchange between different sites, centralizing information and tracking progress.
• Handle administrative tasks, including the verification of contracts associated with the research sites.
