EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Preferred qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience or completion of a co-op work placement.
  • Post-Secondary diploma or degree from an accredited university/college – Construction Project Management Degree/Certificates or Architecture – Construction Engineering Technology preferred.
  • Experience in navigating highly complex, enterprise-wide environments, where meticulous attention to detail minimizes ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Proficient facilitation skills and adeptness in generating creative solutions to tackle diverse and challenging scenarios.
  • Self-motivated individual, capable of excelling in fast-paced and ever-evolving environments.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting ambitious deadlines.
  • Innovative and dynamic approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic, characterized by energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to personal and team development.

THE ROLE

Continued growth has created an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join peopleCare Communities, supporting the development of new long-term care homes, as well as other internal initiatives. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating various aspects of project development, including due diligence, building design, construction, and administration. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating communication between stakeholders, managing project documentation, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. This role presents the chance to collaborate, innovate, and thrive within a team of highly accomplished professionals, contributing to our mission-driven organization’s ongoing success.
