  This tier 3 commercial builder have an outstanding reputation in WA. As a developer builder with a key focus in the industrial sector, they are looking to hire a new addition to their team. This is a newly created role in the business to work alongside their Directors & Project Management team. With a focus on establishing key relationships, a high level of service and a reputation for delivering quality projects, they continue to pave the way as a developer builder here in Perth. They are looking to hire a new staff member, we are looking for someone who is looking to fast track their Project Management skills and deliver projects as soon as possible underneath some strong mentorship.
  This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to jump head first into a diverse role offering support & knowledge from industry professionals

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Hold a Construction Management Degree or similar.
• Experience in contract administration, project coordination or project management is essential.
• Experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Highly competent on new systems.
• Strong communication.
• Quick learner.
• Positive attitude.
