2024 had kicked off with an expansion project that will see this Project Coordinator play a key role in the delivery of this project as well as future projects in the portfolio.
YOUR CHARACTERISTICS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ Year experience as an EA or Project Coordinator
- You do NOT need a technical engineering background
- Above average verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure common goals are achieved
- Attention to detail whilst working under pressure
- Well organised, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Great time management
- Self-managed and ability to add value
Responsibilities:
This role is THE GLUE that works between the Senior Leadership and the project team to:
- Make sure that the project is being planned & tracked effectively
- Coordinating meetings
- Setting up scopes
- Ensuring submissions received from EPC’s are comparable with the scope
- Some Executive Assistant duties e.g. booking travel
- And everything else in-between
