Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic individual who wants to develop their project management skills and grow with our organisation.
The Project Coordinator will estimate and deliver on small-scale projects across our Renewables scope. You will also support our Project Managers so that we can meet our contractual obligations in accordance with Pacific Energy policies and procedures.
This role will be responsible for resource management, financials as well as communications, safety measures, risk management and quality control.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Estimate and deliver small valued projects.
  • Manage projects performance, budgeting, and periodic forecasting.
  • Monitor and reporting on work in progress.
  • Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Define and document project scope and resource requirements.
  • Monitoring timelines for deliverables
  • Facilitate and participate in meetings.
  • Document, manage, and report risks.
  • Prepare and deliver reports.
  • Subcontractor management.
