Description:
The European Society of Radiology (ESR) is a non-political and non-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening and uniting European Radiology. With more than 130,000 members worldwide, it has become the largest radiological society that organises one of the most innovative scientific congresses in this field, the European Congress of Radiology (ECR), in Vienna.
The ESR is looking for a committed full-time team member (38.5 hours) to support a medical society as part of the Subspecialty Society & Congress Services team as a temporary replacement (at least 1 year).
Tasks
- Supporting the board and committees
- Member support (administration, correspondence, registration)
- Organisation of meetings, workshops, and board meetings
- PR and communication
- Design and preparation of print media
- Compiling statistics, analysing evaluations
- Administrative tasks (e.g., file management and appointment coordination)
- Website management
Requirements
- Excellent command of English (additional languages beneficial)
- German skills are an advantage
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in society or event management is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Strong organisational skills
- Willingness to travel

The monthly gross salary for this job vacancy (38,5h) is at least € 2,500.00 (14 times per year). The final salary depends on your relevant experience and qualifications.
