EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business or Health Administration or relevant health care discipline.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ recent, related analysis and planning experience in a large, complex service organization or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES
- Superior ability to develop trusting, authentic, and high-functioning relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and step into challenges courageously.
- Systems thinking skills to identify and analyze issues, and design and develop solutions to resolve challenges.
- Able to work effectively independently, and yet also convene and collaborates as appropriate to the situation; able to discern when to reach out for support, input and direction.
- Results-oriented, working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines, balance work priorities, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills to function within a complex, diverse, and interdisciplinary environment with a specific the ability to engage and build relationships with the medical staff and senior leadership.

- Familiar with project management tools and able to convene groups.
- Aptitude with current advanced digital tools, visual tools, and spreadsheet applications to prepare reports and presentations as well as design, maintain and automate documentation.
- Demonstrated commitment to learning and developing professionally.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
