Project Coordinator x4 (Moving Specialist / Construction / Logistics)

Responsibilities:

• Site preparation and co-ordination, preparation of submission documents and update status of individual projects
• Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders including customers, consultants, sub- contractors, vendors, etc. on site to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare and create detail work schedule, manpower and resource planning.
• Able to understand Engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations, design, etc.
• To prepare submission of material and drawing
• To identify possible technical problems and seek for solution
• Coordinate the safety management system on site.
• Supervise project deliverables regarding site co-ordination and installation of M&E works.
• Follow up and reporting on the project progress.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
