PROJECT DELIVERY LEAD

UGL Fuels & Energy line of business are seeking interest from experienced Project Delivery Lead’s/ Project Managers for a permanent position based onsite in Kwinana (WA). As part of our Fuels & Energy portfolio, the PEM&AM team is an established and growing team that aims to become the market leader/provider of choice for niche brownfields Asset Management and Project Delivery in the Terminals space.
This role will work with a team of various disciplines to provide safe, reliable and efficient expertise to the Project Teams.
About the role
The role is responsible for the safe delivery of select packages and scopes of work to support the execution of various Compliance, Integrity Management, Maintenance and growth projects as part of the Projects team across the Kwinana Fuel Terminal.
The role supports the Regional Project Manager in the management and delivery of all critical project control elements, including Cost, Schedule, Quality, Risk, and Information Management.

The role may also directly deliver small to medium projects independently and can range up to $5 million

  • Develops and works within the bounds of an approved Project Execution Plan, and supports execution strategies, contributing to monitoring, controlling and reporting.
  • Deliver works within approved cost estimate, monitor and control spending.
  • Deliver works within the approved baseline schedule, monitor and control schedule.
  • Work within a pre-established information management system.
  • Support and comply with approved contract and procurement strategies.
  • Monitor and control project schedule and progress, effect robust change management.
  • Ensure compliance with approved HSSEMP and Quality Management plans for respective projects.

About you

To be considered for the role the following qualifications will be highly regarded:

  • Relevant Engineering Tertiary Qualification
  • 5 Years + Project Delivery Experience in similar complex projects
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence at all levels internally and externally
  • Experience in managing multi-discipline project teams across multiple projects simultaneously
