Responsibilities:
- Responsible for working with the program’s technology ecosystem to shape solutions that enable functional requirements for the application areas. Applied experience with Android, Java and Google Cloud Platform are hard requirements
- Candidate will partner with Product Managers, UI/UX designers, Solution and Technical Architects to develop functional solutions for a Native Android based application. This includes vetting functional and non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria, providing feasibility analysis for proposed design approaches, prescribing implementation approaches to offshore teams, ensuring quality and adherence to the end-to-end delivery process and writing code (Android and backend Java based microservices)
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
