• Support client SAP S/4 system; analyze tickets entered for break/fixes and minor enhancements and work with users and/or development team members to resolve issues. Create detailed functional specification documents as needed.
• Identify, analyze, and map clients’ business requirements, processes, and objectives, providing functional expertise and guidance in SAP CRM or SRM.
• Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Develop comprehensive testing scenarios to ensure all components work seamlessly.
• Designing, configuring, testing, and deploying SAP SRM (supplier relationship management) solutions to meet business needs.
• Providing training and support to end-users, ensuring efficient utilization of SAP modules.
• Coordinating with stakeholders to manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Conducting regular system audits to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
