Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery.
The Technology Program Analyst is a critical to the execution and delivery of governance processes, delivery management tooling and business outcomes required to for Games Technology to deliver the Games. Games Technology scope includes delivery of applications, infrastructure, architecture, and operational processes to manage these services.
Critical to this role is direct experience planning and managing the delivery of complex technology within a Mega Events setting (e.g. Olympics, FIFA, Asian Games.)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required Qualifications (minimum of 3 essential requirements )?
  • At least 2 years of Mega Events Management experience (planning and managing multi-project technology delivery programs)
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to analyze & develop solutions for identified problems and to implement action plans
  • Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday in Los Angeles (LA28) Headquarters with clients and team members
  • Proficiency using Project Management / Portfolio Management tooling, such as MS Project, reporting / analytics solutions such as Tableau, SmartSheet, or Power BI, and all MS Office applications
  • Native or Business English proficiency (C-1) required

This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86000 to $143000

Responsibilities:

  • Leading program management workstreams and services within a complex, unstructured, start-up environment
  • Developing the structure of program plans, governance and reporting processes, and then running / tuning them as the program progresses through various delivery phases
  • Ability to identify and manage critical cross-project dependencies
  • Structuring and managing the resolution of complex project delivery risks and issues
  • Developing executive reporting, and facilitating periodic review of status, risks/issues, mitigations and delivery partner reviews (e.g., KPIs, remediation of quality)
  • Driving continuous improvement of program management processes (efficiency and effectiveness in monitoring program health and delivery risk)
  • Working closely with client and partner resources to continually refine work plans/schedules and outcomes to achieve critical games delivery milestones
  • Guiding the peer-level resources in their day-to-day responsibilities as well as teaching / training them on core program management discipline throughout the delivery of the project.
