Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Consultant to join our team as an AS400 Developer. In this role, you will primarily focus on enhancing the current AS400 legacy ERP application (IBS). This ERP application integrates with other ERP in the complex application environment including SAP. Your responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, developing the technical specifications, development, testing and deployment of code.

  • Implement and maintain solutions using AS400 with possible integration to other environments using Kafka and Apigee. an understanding of integration skill set is only desirable and optional
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data models into existing systems and applications
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights for improving data architecture and processes
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders on data modeling and integration issues
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend enhancements to data management processes and tools to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
