Responsibilities:
As our new Project Manager, you will be part of our global Onshore Wind Engineering department. You will join a team of highly talented and engaged engineers at the forefront of innovative and complex design techniques in steel and composite materials. You will be responsible for leading and developing high performing, multidisciplinary project teams, across different countries as well as managing a variety of offshore foundation design projects.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Manage and execute onshore wind projects from initial planning through to commissioning.
- Ensure all project goals are met, adhering to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, including Turbine Supply Agreements (TSA) and Balance of Plant (BoP) contracts.
- Prepare and present project reports and financial metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Proactively identify and implement project execution improvements.
- Prepare regular project status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, financial records, and compliance documents
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to address any issues that arise
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners, local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Organize and attend public consultations and meetings to present project plans and address concerns.
