For our Growth Business Area Green Power & Heat (GP&H) as one of the most important pillars for the execution of the new Uniper strategy we are looking for a Project Development Manager. Join us, become an integral part of the Energy Transition, manage development projects, contribute to Uniper’s growth in Germany and be part of a highly motivated team of experienced professionals.

• Entrepreneurial project developers, enthusiastic to create and develop sustainable energy supply solutions, e.g. utility scale batteries, H2-ready gas-fired power plants, heat pumps, e-boilers
• Lead the development of these Clean Dispatchable Power projects from initial ideation and take end-to-end responsibility by steering the project resources towards technical, commercial and permitting maturity until the approval of your final investment proposal
• Manage the interfaces to other corporate functions in the review process of high-quality investment proposals
• Take ownership to structure the project milestone plan along this journey and establish a strong and clear project governance
• Manage divergent stakeholder interests in an inclusive, yet goal-oriented way
• Gather market intelligence and support lobbying of political and regulatory changes in respective market from a project development perspective
• Execute Uniper’s Clean Dispatchable Power strategy
