Our Norther Region business is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced Project Directors to spearhead up and coming civil projects.
This rewarding key leadership opportunity will enable you to play a pivotal role in building a positive team culture that collaborates, trusts, and empowers one another to perform above expectation, whilst creating opportunities for the team to learn new skills and develop their career further.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Director on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated high commercial acumen, strong leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work with internal and external clients, influence outcomes and manage relationships.
- Knowledge of relevant construction laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Please note: Our Regional Head Office is based in Eight Mile Plains, however, there may be a need to travel or relocate to another part of Queensland if required.
