We are currently looking for a Project Director with a minimum of 18+ years’ experience to manage a Luxury Resort & Leisure complex project in the UAE. This position presents a prospective opportunity, as we are currently in the bidding phase for the project.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in construction, engineering or architecture from a reputed institution.
• Luxury hotels & resorts, leisure, entertainment & recreational projects deliveries are essential and to be specifically highlighted in CV.
• Proven experience in leading on large multi-disciplinary projects or running a programme of works, in design or construction environment.
• Proven success in the delivery of large capital projects within scope, time and budget
• Ability to influence for results.
• Strong team management and leadership skills, and proven ability to build, lead, organize, motivate and direct large multi-national organization.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients, team members, and senior management.
