JOB SUMMARY

The Project Engineer is responsible for managing projects from order receipt through project execution, installation and acceptance. The position requires engineering oversight, attention to detail and excellent interpersonal/communications skills. You will be expected to conduct all interactions with customers and suppliers in a courteous and professional manner consistent with the corporate values.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in scientific or engineering field; Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automation engineering is preferred

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project
  • 5 years of experience in project/engineering management
  • Strong technical aptitude, understands and can articulate electrical and mechanical concepts
  • Laser industry experience a plus
  • Handles multi-tasking environment
  • Polished customer relation skills
  • Persistent, adaptable, flexible
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Capital Equipment preferred
  • U.S. Citizenship requirement
