Responsibilities:

As an Electrical Project Engineer, you will be the project management lead on a variety of capital and maintenance projects (45% of the role).
As an electrical subject matter expert, you will take the technical lead for the electrical part of projects (45%).
The remaining 10% of your role will be as a subject matter expert for functional safety projects. So, we need someone who has awareness of what functional safety is, but the Company will also put you through TUV Functional Safety courses 0, 1, and 2, via NHP so you will be properly upskilled to do your job.

You will have one other Electrical Engineer colleague who you will work with closely. You will join a team of 6 engineers plus your manager, so 7 in total.
A typical project process here will include budget preparation, scope of works, detailed project plans, feasibility studies, business case and financial modelling, and working to achieve project objectives. You will also do the day to day project management including design, specification, procurement, liaison with contractors, and on the ground delivery.
