Job Responsibilities :

• Sourcing of material or components
• Preparation of material data sheet for submission
• New product development, finding the source and request quotation; prepare the costing sheet.
• Create BOM for in house products.
• Convert, Modify & Create drawings for in house products, exp : PDF, 2D & 3D
• Involve engineering evaluation and study for related products.
• Leading engineering changes and the product continuous improvement for in house products.
• Prepare, review & create DFM for in house products.
• Arrange, plan, prepare coordinate Sample build activities for in house products.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
• To work with factory to perform qualitative and quantitative analyses according to customer requirements.
• Coordinate, arrange and inspect for all required sample submission.
• Review, distribute, coordinate & control project related documents, exp: Drawing, DFM & Work instruction etc.
• Document all necessary data, acceptance and implementation procedures.
• Ensures proper records and documented for all activities required for the project.
• Control & monitor any product ECN, running change & improvement implementation.
• Oversees any trials and/or validations that pertain to the specific project.
• Provides technical support in solving product quality problems.
• Provide ongoing reports to department manager regarding project progress and project status.
• Coordinate with all internal department for all project requirements before start of production.
• Ensure product quality & capacity achieve according to requirements & plan.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior; management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum qualification - mechanical related diploma graduated
• Minimum 1-year experience in project engineering management.
• Mechanical product or Molding related process experience is an added advantage
• Taking initiative and/or leadership on projects and good project management skills.
