JOB SUMMARY

Project Engineering strives to provide an outstanding customer experience through the effective management of multiple projects. The Project Engineering Representative/Customer Success Coordinator ensures customer satisfaction, providing technical expertise and post-sales support, while optimizing customer retention and loyalty. Assigned to a backlog of technical projects, the Project Engineering Representative collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and operations, to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices, including project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Engineering or technical background, with the ability to understand and communicate the engineering requirements of the project to all stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage project risks and issues.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the industry or market in which the company operates
  • Proficient in customer relationship management software and tools, such as Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish positive relationships, serve as the primary project contact, and provide regular updates on status, risks, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from booking to closure, including timelines, budgets, and resource coordination.
  • Responsible for project scope accuracy.
  • Review project requirements, communicate specifications to the engineering team, and ensure timely execution.
  • Efficiently track, document, and consolidate project information, managing contract terms and conditions in line with client and company needs.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and change logs.
  • Manage site visits, sign-off letters, and post-order processes such as billing and invoicing.
  • Address concerns promptly and develop and implement risk mitigation plans for smooth project execution.
  • Responsible for compliance with the requirements of the in-house Quality Management System and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in post-project reviews to extract lessons learned and enhance future practices.
