The provided base salary range is used nationally in the United States (except in Puerto Rico and certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Develop and maintain a Project Plans with Site Leadership via MS Project & Project Online
  • Understanding of Validations (IQ/OQ/PQ Processes) & Specification development with various vendors
  • Lead and execute projects with minimal supervision and the ability to plan and document projects
  • Develop and execute strategic project plans including schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Develop project execution plan and resource needs for strategic projects at the North Haven plant Accountability for accuracy and management of project budget(s) and oversight of capital expenditures
  • Manage risks to the project plan by anticipating and addressing any resource conflicts and addressing problems as they emerge
  • Responsible for supporting and facilitating Project Extended Team meetings and Core Team Meetings by preparing the agenda, project updates and taking meeting minutes
  • Manage issues and risks by monitoring known risks and preparing mitigation plans for each of these risks
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in overall product quality and cost
  • Participate in DFM / DFA activities assuring that production processes /equipment are taken into consideration
  • Maintain documentation associated with manufacturing processes
  • Provide technical support for production tools including assembly equipment and automation
  • Follow established guidelines and management direction with regard to engineering decisions
  • Advise leadership of developments which may affect profit, schedule and costs
  • Create standardized work and process maps that result in an optimized production system and extended value stream
  • Conduct, coordinate and aid in formal Process Validations including protocol development, Engineering production runs and overall execution
  • Support project team members in achieving business objects related attainment of Safety, Quality, Service, Cost and Project Schedule goals
  • Prepare and generate Purchase Orders for projects and track spend for both capital and expense dollars
  • Support manufacturing implementation and facility transfer while providing technical support to receiving facility
  • Complete on time project updates, project hours, development plans, self-assessments, and successful completion of all training requirements
